  Finally!  I found the perfect way to have food trucks at my events.
I wanted french fries for a Spring Carnival at my job.  I saw an advertised email from Foodtruckcateringco. I reached Scott Kaplan, told him what food I wanted, and like magic he found the perfect truck!
He did all the leg work.  "The French Fry Guy" was booked.  Tuy and Brian were awesome.  Friendly, prompt, and, quickly serviced over 150 people the most perfect french fries that I've had in a while.  They were crisp on the outside but buttery soft on the inside.  They came with cheese and other other options too.
