I reached Scott Kaplan, told him what food I wanted, and like magic he found the perfect truck! He did all the leg work. "The French Fry Guy" was booked. Tuy and Brian were awesome. Friendly, prompt, and, quickly serviced over 150 people the most perfect french fries that I've had in a while. They were crisp on the outside but buttery soft on the inside. They came with cheese and other other options too. I'm so excited that I've discovered this way of getting food trucks and look forward to using this service again and again.
