Founded by pastry chef Jen Weckerle, Weckerly’s focuses on hyper local and seasonal ingredients. They’re known for their hand-crafted ice cream sandwiches. The cookies and ice cream are both made in house. Check out flavors like Rhubarb buttermilk ice cream, sweet/tart rhubarb butter sandwiched between two honey grahams or Neapolitan with whole bean vanilla, roasteD strawberry, and milk chocolate ice cream between chocolate chip cookies. Please note that Weckerly’s service includes a “stand” rather than a food truck or cart.
