Mom Mom’s Polish Food Cart
Founders Kait and Ryan bring scratch polish recipes to you in an adorable, ornate cart. “Mom Mom” is Chef Kait’s real grandmother who passed the recipes for pierogi, Polish stuffed cabbage, and kielbasa down to her granddaughter. Their traditional cheese and potato dumplings set the standard for nouveau European fare in Philly. They’re hand rolled, stuffed, then seared crispy on the flattop served with rich sour cream, caramelized onions, and homemade apple sauce.
But the flavor adventure doesn’t stop there. Iterations on the standard include, cheesesteak pierogi (with Cooper sharp cheese and pepper ketchup), kapusta (onion, kraut, and cabbage), and Italian roast pork (roasted pork with sharp prov, broccoli rabe, and long hots for a little kick).
You’ll be saying Dziękuję (thank you in Polish) when you hire Mom Mom’s.
