The Clean Plate Club (or CPC) is owned and operated by two culinary school grads…who met in school and then got married. Their focus is on fresh, seasonal ingredients. As such, they have a rotating menu. Here are a few examples from previous menus: Blueberry BBQ sauce pulled pork sandwich with slaw on brioche, French onion grilled cheese, crab cake sandwich topped with a sunny-side up egg, corn fritters with maple sriracha, and smoked salmon toast with dill cream cheese.
